Good nutrition, enough sleep and active life style is 3 crucial things for a people being healthy. However, unfortunately, nowadays a number of people face challenges about getting enough sleep which can cause a lot of issues. First of all, lack of sleep lead to having many mental problems such as being stressful, nervous, and impatient. Person who does not have enough sleep be pretty aggressive to the other people and things happened around him. It is hard for them to make new communication, boost their networking, give reasonable solutions to the issues, and decide rationally due to being nervous, impatient and confused. Furthermore, not having enough sleep affects our behaviors. Having conduct disorder mostly is the indication of insufficient sleep. The people who do not have sufficient sleep can not control their acts. For instance, I have a classmate who suffer from sleeplessness can not keep her balance, often falls or drops things, and feel physically tired. She also can not be successful in her career due to not meeting with the deadlines, not doing her works detailed and correct, making a number of errors in her writings which are caused by lack of sleep. Additionally, not having enough sleep lead to a disease called insomnia. Insomnia is a health issue which prevents people from getting sufficient sleep, so they can not get enough sleep even if they want to. As highlighted above, lack of sleep causes mental, physical problems and health issues. For preventing these problems people need to have sufficient sleep. Having standard sleeping times, regular sleeping place and comfortable bed are the first-rate solutions for lack of sleep. If these can not solve the problem, and not having enough sleep situation continues, then the person should get medical advice from specialized doctors. In summary, insufficient sleep has a number of side effects which can cause mental, physical problems, and health issues. For overcome sleeplessness problem people should have standard sleeping program, place and time, and if this problem continues, then they should get medical advice.
