Dear Sarah, I have just read the letter about neighbor complaints that you had given to me last Saturday. I am shying for encountering such a problem with my lovely neighbors that I think they have borne me for more than two years. As you had mentioned, my dog “Nut” scratches ceramic wit her paws repeatedly and I never have noticed that her scratching is unbearable for downstairs neighbors and as you know I have to work every day and my workplace is far from my home and I get home late. Therefore, by mixing some nutritions with blender, an unavoidable noise produces and my washing machine makes noise at midnight too. However, I have to keep my work uniform tidy and clean, that is the reason for working washing machine every night. If you mind, please forgive me and I apologize to all of my kind neighbors because of these unwilling annoys. I have decided to cover floor of my home with rugs and carpets to avoid producing noise by Nut and my blender and washing machine will be turned off because a friend has decided to do such works for me.
