Dear Mr. and Mrs. Smith, I received your letter claiming about the noise from my apartment. I really regret about this so I would like to write you this letter to make some clarification. Actually, since we are living in an old building, there are some items that need to be upgraded. In fact, I’m replacing the ceramic flat and the noise comes exactly from the maintenance process. You know, my workers need to remove the old ceramic and clean the flat before install the new ones. To limit the noise, I told the workers not to do any construction during the weekend since I understand that you need to relax after a working week. All the works are also had to be finished before 5pm every day and no more overtime workings is scheduled. I really apologise for the inconvenience caused.
