I am writing to express my disappointment with your internet service at my residence.
I am working from home and my residential address is 26 Murlidhar Residency, Citylight, Surat 395002. I have purchased an unlimited internet plan which will offer 50 Mbps speed. Since most of the time the internet speed is less than 1 Mbps, I am not able to download and access important documents from my email. Hence, the irregular and slow internet service it is causing too much disturbance to my work.
I request you to send the concerned engineer at my home latest by day after tomorrow. I have an online meeting with an international client after 2 days, so, I would like the problem to be resolved at the earliest. I am available at home from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m.
Having given the plan and not receiving the desired internet speed and continuous connectivity from your company, I would like to get a 15% discount on my next month' s bill. I have used your plan from last 6 months and have not faced any such difficulty in the past.
Hope my complain will be resolved at the earliest.
