Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to complain about a bad taxi service.
Yesterday night, I booked one of your Swift Dzire cars through my mobile application, when I had been waiting at the intersection of Hill Road. It was driven by Mr Smith and having a vehicle no. PB 03 1234.
Although I book this cab in solo riding mode, in between my way to the destination, another passenger was allowed by the driver to sit in. Despite my arguments, he did not give me any satisfactory answer. Besides that, while I was in haste to arrive at the airport, I was bound to wait for 15 minutes, because the cab was parked by driver unnecessarily as he went for smoking a cigarette.
Even though I have already rated only one-star to your service in the Customer Feedback Form, it seems reasonable to complain in written to avoid such negligence. Due to harassment experienced by me, please warn the driver to never make such ridiculous mistakes again and refund the amount of taxi bill, which was $50, in my bank account, written on the cheque that I handed over to your driver. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
