I am writing a letter to convey my disappointment with the delivery of my monthly internet bill to the wrong address, as a result, I have suffered a lot including the disconnection of my internet service and late payment charges.
Let me explain to you in more detail. This month, I didn’t receive my internet bill on the 1st day of the month as it used to be because one of your staff members wrongly handed over my bill to the resident of house number 18AA block whilst my house number is 18A block. I have got to know about it when I went to AA block nearby house no. 18AA for an early morning walk in the park and the respected owner of the house handed over the bill to me as we knew each other’s well.
Due to the above mistake of your staff, I wasn’t able to deposit the bill on time, as a result, my internet connection got disconnected because of non-payment and I have been charged a late payment fee of $50 in my new bill to reactive my connection.
I would request you to please ask your account department to re-issue the new bill without late payment charges to deposit as it was your staff fault to send the bill to another house.
