Moreover, spot lighting and separate desk for top management would be an advantage to add extra flavor in our gathering. As a celebrity guest will come to motivate our team members, a separate waiting room will be required as it will be a surprise session. Can you arrange lunch in the afternoon and DJ facility in the evening? What will be total cost of this entire arrangement?
