Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you that our company had booked a meeting room on 15th January 2019 evening for the monthly training session of the staff. Although, I went a day before to check all the arrangements for the smooth convention of the training and everything seemed perfect at that time. But on the day of training, the trainer faced difficulties with the audio/video system of the hotel as the microphone voice and video voice were skipping after a short interval. Even though the support staff has replaced the microphone three times but the problem didn' t resolve. Let me explain to you that the trainer and the audience experienced difficulties in communicating with each other and especially the trainer couldn' t impart the intended message. As a result, the session went in vain and we had to wrap-up for the evening. I would suggest you arrange a complete overhaul of the system to ascertain the problem and getting it resolved. Furthermore, I believe the upgrade of the audio/video system to the latest standards is essential keeping in view the modern requirements.
