Dear Sir, I am writing to request you to approve my leave for a week as I am planning to go on a vacation. Let me explain in detail. To elucidate last year has been very busy for me as I have been involved in the design and implementation of some critical projects additionally I have also been constantly travelling to customer locations. These activities have not only taken a toll on my health but also made my mind dull therefore I plan to go a vacation along with my family to some exotic place.
