Dear Mr. smith, I am writing to request some leave from november 1st to 10th. As you know, my family lives in London. Recently my father has suffered some hurt problems. after medical tests, doctors understood that his hurt’s vessels could not carry blood properly. so, they want to do surgery. Because I am the older offspring and this is a very vital situation, I want to be near my family in order that I can support them financially and mentally. The operation will be done on november 3rd. However, I have to go sooner to do the registering process. Besides that, I need to stay there one week after surgery to look after my father in the hospital.
