Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to convey my gratitude for one of your employees name Asif who helped me in a crucial time on Sunday 22, 2020 at the airport. I was traveling to Dubai last week when I got lost my passport in the waiting lounge. I couldn’t able to understand how did it happens as I possess the passport throughout the process starting from boarding to the immigration counter. I did approach Mr. Asif who was sitting at the reception and explain the whole situation. He was kind enough, listen to my complaint properly, and pass on the information to a relevant authority. He went personally with the rest of the staff available in the suspected area, and find out my passport on time. Otherwise, It won' t be possible for me to travel to Dubai for an important meeting. I would suggest to please nominate his name for the employee of the month award as he goes beyond his limit to help the customer in a critical time. Best Regards
