Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to make a complaint regarding an accident happened to me when I was shopping in the supermarket today. My name is Jim and I am a frequent customer of the grocery. I routinly come to the supermarket to purchase food and daily necessities every week. I prefer this supermarket because of the convenient self check-out facilities, which saves me much time. However, I got hurt in fresh food aisle at around 3 PM. I was randomly looking at goods on selves at both side of the aisle while pushing my trolley forward. Suddenly, I stepped on something slippery and lost my balance. I fell on the ground with all my purchase on floor. I hurt my right elbow. After I recovered myself and stood up, I found that I stepped on a mess of broken eggs. My elbow bruised a bit but not serious. I hope this accident will never happen again.
