I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your service that I took while we were moving to our new home in the UK. Please let me to reveal in detail.
As you check in your data, we had an agreement with your moving firm to move our home all items from Oxford Street to Queen Square no: 20 10th of March. Firstly, I appreciate for your fast and friendly employee but I can not say same thing on the subject of their attentive.
After the moving new home, when we reached home, realized that some furnutireus were broken and damaged from differens sides. Brown-round dinner table, for instance had been broken left foot and small seat is now useless.
As a result we would like to cover prices of our items that had been damaged and are sending insurance bill as enclosed to my letter.
