Dear sir, I am writing to complain about the damage caused to my new suitcase while traveling by bus of your company. I boarded the Delhi-Lucknow volvo bus on 22nd december. Bus started from Delhi at 9 PM and I reached Lucknow by next day at 11 AM. Since my suitcase was heavy, I but that into the luggage compartment of the bus. But after reaching my destination, I checked that there were a lot of scratches on my suitcase and its handle was also broken. When I complained to the bus conductor, he said that it is not our responsibility to handle the luggage. While booking a ticket online, it was clearly mentioned on your website that your company takes care of the luggage safety. And also my suitcase weighed below 30kg as per your company' s policy. Therefore, i expect that your company should pay for my suitcase. I am attaching the photographs of my suitcase along with the copy of its bill. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
