Dear sir or madam, I am writing to complain about the bad service I recieved from your airline on 26th of november. My name is Rahi Honarvar and I am one of your customers who travels a lot as part of my job and it is vital for me not to miss my flights or not to encounter any delay which will change my schedule. Last month I traveled to Australia, Melbourne for a 2-weeks holiday and I bought my flight tickets from your airline. Unfortunately, my return flight was delayed by a day and it caused me and my family a lot of inconveniences. First of all, we were bewildered at the airport for more than 7 hours till the airline staff provide us the hotel. Secondly, I missed a very important meeting at work which was held in London and consequently I missed my flight to London On 27th of November. Finally, My little daughter missed her birthday party at kindergarden which meant a lot to her. I believe that I am entitled to ask for compensation. I would ask your airline to pay the expenses of my return flight to and from London. Furthermore, as it is stated in my ticket you should pay back half the price of my ticket.
