Dear Rama, I' m writing this letter to you to draw your attention towards debris which is being left near my house regularly. My name is Rehan and I' ve been living in this tower for last 2 years. My flat is in the rose tower adjacent to your house. It' s in my observation from past many days that your maid is placing rubbish collected from your apartment in front of the gate. Likewise, it has become a store house of plethora of insects which may propel to epidemic in our vicinity. Moreover, the place always experiences unpleasant smell. However, there are various ways through them you can manage it. Firstly, our society give the facility of door step collection with nominal monthly fee. Secondly, you can also keep it in the dustbin at the ground floor. It' s regular collected by the cleaning staff. I look forward to hearing a positive response from you.
