I am writing to complain about missing my flight last week due to a mistake by one of your employees.
I was supposed to catch a flight to Kish Island, where I intended to spend four days on a seminar. Unfortunately, your employee at check-in-desk gave me a wrong boarding card. That was too late when I noticed the issue, so I missed the accurate flight and I could not be there at the right time.
As a result of the error, I had to change all of my plans as well as my lecture postponed to another day. This caused me great inconvenience because I had to book a new flight the day after which meant that I missed the first day of seminar and I spent an extra $100.
As the mistake caused by your company, I hope that you will compensate me for the cost of the additional flight.
