Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing letter with regard to the incident that I have missed my flight. I should have embarked on my flight UA857 (from SFO to PVG) on time at August 27. However, even though I arrived at the check in 3 hours early before the departure time, I have missed my flight due to the long waiting line and low efficiency of the check in. I understand that since it is summer, flights are demanding due to the large volume of passengers. However, I feel ridiculous to miss my flight due to this lame excuse. As an airline serving millions of people each day, you should have adequate experience and mature mechanism to response to different kinds of situation, and I believe it is not rare to see peak amount of travelers. No matter from which perspective, United Airlines should take full responsibilities for this incident of flight missing.
