Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to give you some feedback after the party that my company recently held at your hotel. Actually, it is our 10th annuasury party which was organized as a red carpet event. First of all, I would like to thank your hotel’s service because they provide admirable service to succeed our party such as they help to decorate and arrange tables and chairs, put on new red carpet on the floor and they offer excellent waiter service to our staff. Finally, I would like to suggest some improvements to build up your hotel image among the society. The hotel lighting arrangements are not good for the night event. Therefore, if you can change it, is better to get more night functions to your hotel and also the air-conditions were not worked as properly.
