I am writing with regard to the smartphone I bought from your online shop while you advertised it at a %25 discount. The smartphone, Galaxy S4, had started to have been advertised on last Friday and I ordered it the following day. Then, I received my order yesterday. Now, I have realized I paid the normal price and not to get a %25 discount.
I immediately called your support system to report this mistake. But, unfortunately, the assistant did not have sufficient information about discounts. She promised me to check the website and call back for answering to me. I have waited for her call for 20 hours, but I have received no response.
I have been a very satisfied customer for several years and bought a lot of devices from your shop. But, this error makes me be disappointed with your company. As I am a regular customer you will have my credit card number in your list. Therefore, I request to refund the additional payment to me. If it is not possible, I will send the smartphone back to your company according to the address which has been written on your website.
