Dear sir, I am writing to express my gratitude for the assistance received by one of your employees, during my recent visit to your hotel. Last Friday, I have had dinner out with my family, in your restaurant. The meal was scrumptious but, we had trouble with our car, afterward. Though the car has broken down in the hotel car parking, we were unable to find the exact cause for the same. Nevertheless, all of us were stood in front of the hotel gate to find a cab, but could not find the one due to the bad weather. Fortunately, one of your staff members, Andrew, suddenly come to us and listen to our situation. He has called 24-hour roadside assistance to repair our car and give shelter to my family members for a little time in the hotel. Within a few minutes, we got our car repaired, however, we could not find Andrew again in the hotel to pay our regards. Nonetheless, I would solely request you to appreciate him for his care towards the customers. He was the only person who helped us out from the panic situation.
