Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the dissatisfactory food and service during our office party hosted by your restaurant last Saturday.
First of all, I would like to mention the items and service we ordered. As it was our annual party celebration, we requested choco chips cake, followed by chicken chilly starters for everyone along with mocktails. Lastly, we asked for poolside tables for our dinner.
We expected the chocolate flavour cake, instead, we were served fruitcake. Unfortunately, due to unavailability of chocolate flavour and despite disliking fruitcake by most of us in the party, we started the celebration with it. In addition, because of shortage of mocktails all party members were not served with it and we had to replace it by lemonade. Furthermore, though the starters were served hot and nicely, it tasted sour and bitter. Consequently, our mood for having a nice dinner was already spoiled. Finally, they also did not make our seating arrangement in poolside.
I request you to provide 50% refund of the total bill paid to you. Moreover, a written apology to my team would be really appreciable.
