I am jasmine kaur. I am writing in response to give my feedback on the vocational kitchen course I had completed last week in your prestigious " unique cuisine' ' institution.
At first, the course was a learning experience for me. The most intriguing part of the course was the people of diverse tradition people under same roof working as a teamwork unitedly. Besides, opportunity to acquire the understanding of exquisite meals and cuisine from different people according to their individual preferences. As well knowledge of myriad of herbs, shrubs and unique styles of preparing dishes. I loved the making of indian deserts the most in the course.
Noticeably, i was not expertise in the cooking so I have invested my greatest time in learning the ways and techniques of cooking style with a little practice of cooking in every weekends. Whenever i tried to heat the pan and start to do something I just scattered everything all around. Luckily, in the last days of the course i have cooked a few times in a day.
Lastly, i would like to suggest you to add some western dishes such as italian, spanish and other dishes methods of cooking in the course to have awareness of international cuisine also.
