Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my happiness about learning to cook various cakes from your class that was held last week. I enrolled for cake making the course a week before and did some pre-learning before attending the class. Since I do not have basic knowledge of cooking in bakery items, I enjoyed the way you thought us from the basics and in a serene way. I not only liked the way you equipped us with the deep know-how but also the way you thought us about the specific ingredients that should be used while cooking different types of cakes. After doing a course at your class last week, I tried making a chocolate cake on my brother' s birthday that was a day before yesterday. Having tried it only once, it was reasonably good. Though it was not as attractive as I saw in your class, but was complemented by all my family members. I would like you to conduct a Chinese cooking class in the future. Since this cuisine is becoming more popular in our town, many people are interested in learning it. Moreover, as there are not many restaurants in our town who make authentic Chinese food, learning this will give many people an opportunity to serve as a Chinese cook in renowned restaurants. Hoping to learn many more authentic dishes at your class. Your' s faithfully John Patel.
