Dear Sir or Madam, I' m writing to complain about a kitchen utensil I bought from your store that is not functioning. It is an electric cooker with oven that I purchased two weeks ago and the order number is FR098. The issue with the equipment is that it doesn' t come on when powered. The grill also appears rusty and thankfully, these problems were identified by your installation team, the very day it was delivered by your delivery team. On the advice of your chief installer, I called your technical support unit and I was told someone will come to my house the next day to fix the item. However, I have waited for two weeks and haven' t seen anyone yet and no one from your store has called me on this issue. I couldn' t believe that a shop as big as yours could treat your customer in this manner. In the light of this, I would like that your store sends me a new working cooking gas - the exact model that I bought - to be delivered to my house, at no extra cost. This is because, the issue with the cooking gas is no fault of mine. I hope that my request will be granted and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Okoronkwo Alfred.
