Dear Sir, I’ve visited your hotel two days ago, I had a business meeting there. Now I’ve come home in Ukraine and realized that I left a file with my papers in your hotel. There is no doubt I left it there, because they were put on the table of the lounge which located on the second floor of the hotel. I remember I forgot to put them into my case. Please, take a serious my problem, as these documents are very important for me. There private information about my bank accounts and transactions I’ve done for the last two years. So if I don’t receive my files, I will block all my credit cards and get a lot of headache to recover everything. I want you to go to the lounge to check me documents. If they are missed, could you please ask your staff about them? For example, cleaner could put them away while he or she were cleaning that room.
