I have completed my Post Graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR institute. Now I am interested to start small contracting firm and I need a loan to support it. I own the location of shop and have some prior experience in construction of residential and commercial buildings. One of my financial advisory has suggested me to invest atleast 2 Million INR. Since I can finance 40% of total investment I need your bank to finance me with balance 60% i. e. 1. 2 Million INR and that would be great help for me. Please let me know what are the documents required to apply for this loan.
