Dear Ankush, I am writing to apologize for being unable to attend the wedding of your brother. Sorry, It' s taken me so long to write to you but finally I put pen to paper to explain why I was unable to show my presence on this auspicious occasion. But I was helpless as my mother was hospitalized due to kidney transplant surgery and needed my presence around her. I hope you would understand. However, I tried to reach you by phone call but it says, " Number does not exist" . Probably you have changed your contact number. I wanted to inform you by sending personal letter but due to emergency medical conditions, I was unable to do so. Now after proper rest and recovery, my mother and I, are glad to invite you and your family at our home for lunch. Moreover, she wants to meet all of you personally.
