Dear Sir With reference to the receipts number 4657AGH-GTT67 dated 24-Sep-2019 for the purchase of Canon Printer DeskJet 2452, I would like to complain about the performance of this equipment. First of all, it was not easy to configure the printer with my system. As soon as I did, it’s not working properly. The Printer’s response is quite slow. And if prints come after few minutes, colors are faded which is so annoying. Since I bought the printer specifically for my upcoming project at the university, it’s causing a delay in my project. I have to print multiple print-outs on daily basis in order to discuss with my class fellows. It happened several times that I didn’t reach the institute on time just because I was stuck with the printer. As I can see on the printer manual, it should print at least 20 print outs in a minute. This means 3 seconds for a print. But right it takes more than a minute to reach the signal to the printer. If this situation remains the same it would ruin my whole project. Therefore, I request you to please change the printer at all. Because I think it would take a lot of time to repair the printer and now I just have only 2 days left to finalize my project. If that is not possible then please send the concerned person at my location to repair or configure the printer properly. May I have not configured it correctly? That would quite helpful for me.
