I am writing this letter to complain about the headset I purchased last week. I have been an exultant member of your shop for 5 years. However, the product that I bought disappointed me. I would like you to replace it as it is hampering my office work.
As you know, I prefer to work from home because I need to give maximum hours of call support in day to ensure the smooth process of logistics. On the first place, when I plugged into my laptop it created a creepy noise and stopped however after an hour it restarted due to which I was unable to listen to the clients clearly. In addition, I am communicating temporarily on emails to respond to my customer' s queries but not all of them. These problems exacerbating my business relationship with some of the eminent user.
Would it be possible to send an agent from your shop for replacement? My headset model is Philips 678HG and black color. I hope an auxiliary piece should be available, if not please send me the list of the stocked headset. I am attaching the bill and checked it is under warranty for 6 months replacement. Please send me a new headset as soon as possible.
