Dear Mr. Smith, I am extremely sorry to inform you that I will not be able to shift in my new apartment from 1st July' 19 due to some emergency at my native town. Actually, I have come to my native place, Guwahati yesterday to resolve one company issue. As you know, my company, Tata Motors Ltd. , has launched a new SUV last month, and one of our customer is facing product issue. My office management has selected me resolve the issue at the earliest before it gets highlighted in social media. Looking at the severity at the problem, I have immediately packed my bags, and flown down to Guwahati. After checking the issue with customer, I have realised that it would take at least 2 weeks to resolve. Till date, I will be staying at Guwahati, and hence I won' t be able move before 15th July' 19. Moreover, as per my commitment, I will pay my rent since 1st July' 19, so I hope you are not worried about payment!
