Dear sir/madam, I had ordered a 7-seater sofa from the wood pecker branch at Besant Nagar on 15th august, 2019 and it was delivered at my residence on 17th august, 2019. When I opened the package of the delivered items, I found the furniture broken. I had informed the branch when I paid the deposit amount, to take care when it would be packed since it was a delicate piece of furniture. The furniture needs to be assembled at my premises by an assembler specialist. The parts are broken due to the carelessness of the person while loading and unloading it from the truck. The reckless driving of the truck is also one of the reasons it was broken. Now the furniture is not fit to be assembled since the legs are broken, the photos of the defective pieces of the furniture is attached. It is consuming space in my house and is of no use right away. I suggest that either to take back the furniture and refund the amount or send the delivery personal back to my address which is mentioned in the attachment. Please take back the defective one and replace it with a proper one. I have been using the furniture’s from woodpecker for 5 years and never before have faced a situation like this. I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided. Please provide a speedy solution for this issue. Best regards, Shafaquat
