Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a regular customer of your store and I am writing this letter to raise a complaint regarding the error on my bill. I visited your Jmart, Park Plaza, on Jan 13th, around 11’o clock in the morning; purchased some eggs and groceries. As a habit, once I was back home, I cross-checked the bill and found that I have been incorrectly charged $7. 30 for pet food, which I did not buy as I don’t have a pet. The total bill value was $40. 20 and was the payment was done in cash. The cashier’s name as mentioned on the bill is Mr. Alex and invoice number is MTC-098. I am disappointed by the irresponsible behavior of your staff, moreover, I believe the issue would have been overlooked in case I would have not been cautious of checking the bill. I am unhappy about the situation. I would like to have a refund of $7. 30, the falsely charged amount the next time when I visit the store, additionally, I suggest better training for staff at the billing counters to avoid such mistakes in the future. Hope the matter will be addressed and resolved in time. Looking forward for your response. Your’s Faithfully, James Ray
