Greetings of the day. We regret to know about your disappointment with the service provided at one of our restaurants during your family visit on 21st Sept2016. I, Ms. Bhumika Suryavanshi, the restaurant manager, being a representative of the organization, would like to beg your pardon for the incident happened to you.
Being a reputed restaurant of this city, We have always tried to cater our guests with the high precision of services and the range of delicious cuisine as a standard. However, We are very upset with the gesture of the waiter who was serving you. And as a consequent, We have initiated an official action against his gross misconduct at your service. He will be suspended for 2 days along with the possible corrective measures on his behavioural training to avoid any future possibilities. Apart from all the happening, We would like to invite and offer you a privileged meal for four persons as a token of the goodwill of the organization.
