Dear Mr. Morrison, By way of introduction, my name is Mariam and I am writing to you with regards to the birthday party that was held at your hotel last Saturday. The event was organized for my grandmother Jennifer, who was celebrating her 90th anniversary. First of all, I would like to thank you for the properly managed event. The guests were quite pleased with the foods and soft drinks. They also liked the dancing music and the sing-along contest that maintained the upbeat atmosphere during the whole period of the party. It is worth mentioning that it was highly appreciated by our elderly guests that the hotel was well equipped and was suitable for senior attendees. In particular, some of the participants were pleased to find out that there was an option of having wheelchairs instead of regular chairs, and that they were able to easily move within the hotel premises in those. I would also like to express special gratitude to one of your waiters, whose name is Jim for the high quality services provided.
