To the university of Albion exam committee, I am writing this in response to your letter that I have received, with regards to my unofficial leave, during exams because of illness. To begin with, I am Farwah Ahmad. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that, I have caused, as I have skipped my final-term exam without informing the exam authority. I am a student of the Batch fall 2018, BS Computer engineering. my roll number is Fa-2018-CS-207, and currently enrolled in 6th semester. I am a kidney patient, and have stones in both the kidneys. Due to that, I suffered from swear Urinary Tract Infection. On top of that, I was having 102 fever, that I was not able to move even. For that reason, I called the doctor for home checkup. He advised me for complete bed rest. Please, find my medical certificate and prescription attached for your perusal. Furthermore, It is a request, to allow me, to reappear in the examination so that I can be promoted to next semester as it was the final term paper. I hope that this does not cause you any problem. I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest. regards
