Dear Sir or Madam, I am honored that I am joining a vocational training course at your college in Greenmount, Ireland. I am writing this letter to request an accommodation which should be within 3 miles of campus. I am from India and working as a Software Engineer with the Gooogle. I would prefer to have an apartment off-campus because they will be cheap. It will be my first time that I will be out of the country for studies on my own so I need a single room in a family house if possible Indian family. I won' t be having a problem to share the washroom and the kitchen area, and I am vegetarian. My course duration is of 2 months and it will be fine to have a room for 2 months 15 days. I will be coming on 26th June and leave by 15th September but it should provide basic amenities like washing machine, microwave and air conditioner due to summer. Would you be able to send me a few samples? I would connect to the owner and make the advance payments if necessary. Is it fine if I bring my own kitchen utensils as I am uncomfortable to use any other? Please let me know if you have any queries regarding my essential items. I am waiting to hear from you soon.
