Dear karan Hope you doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that i am not able to see you next week in London. Even though I was very excited to see you and your family after long time. Also, as per our plans to explore the beauty of wales this holiday but due to urgent work I have to postpone this plan. So, I want to apologies to you for this sudden change in plan. My head office is organizing a conference for 3 days which is compulsory for everyone to attend it as it is on new strategies of current market trends. As I had decided to meet you next week but it’s hard to make it now. My boss wanted that I must attend this, so that later my team will perform accordingly and that will help to raise our branch growth.
