Mr Neilson has recently moved with his family in our neighbourhood and likes to host parties every alternate day. There is a loud noise due to high-sounding music that is played on his stereo systems. I have recently become a mother and my infant of 2 months is unable to catch a wink when the party starts. Due to lack of sleep my baby has fallen ill several times during past 1 month. I would ask you to please have a word with Mr Neilson and ask them to host their parties in the community hall of the building, which has sound proof glasses.
