Dear Friend, I am writing this letter to inform you that we need to postpone our holiday plan of Italy due to COVID-19 pandemic. I have organized all our travel arrangements but as these is a crucial thing and we can not risk lives of ours and our family members. I have planned and shortlisted all the attraction of Italy and booked our stay and travel tickets, but this is a Pandemic declared by WHO and a lot of people already died their. Maximum nations have declared a complete lockdown and passengers who were in the middle of their journey asked to go back to their home country. Government has declared full refund of travel tickets so we do not need to worry about that and I hope you can understand the situation now. We will plan our holiday in near future when all this settle down and people will be back to their normal life. I have shortlisted some other destinations which we can think upon for our holiday plan. This time we will plan for a wildlife sanctuary or a road trip and i assure you that you will love it. I have already applied for refund and I will book our tickets for the next journey as soon as i will get the refund from travel company and hotel. Thanks XYZ
