Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to report the lost document in the taxi today. I have used RTA cab to commute in the morning. After reaching the office, I have realised that by accident my folder is left behind in the back seat of the vehicle. I had boarded the taxi on 12th April at 8: 30 AM from World trade centre to Business Bay. It was a Hyundai Sonata vehicle with the plate number B34596. The driver was of Asian origin with a white beard. During the journey, I was on an urgent call, and while getting down, I forgot to pick my folder. The folder has an original college degree which I need to present to the immigration agent within this week. It is essential for me to submit it and getting a duplicate one will be a lengthy hassle. I have submitted a request in the Department of Lost and Found, and it will be appreciable if you can pursue the matter from your side also.
