Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to draw your attention to an issue I am facing with Mr. Aakash. Although Mr. Aakash is an experienced engineer, he has a careless attitude towards work. As I have worked with him in a team on different projects, I have to work for extra hours to complete his work because of his negligent behavior. I have told him that he should complete his work himself but he does not listen to me as I am junior to him. The worst part of working with him is that he does not appreciate my hard work and takes all the credit. Due to this extra burden of his work, I have to do overtime and therefore, cannot reach home on time. The work pressure has also started affecting my health as well as my family life. In addition, my mother seems not well these days and she needs extra care. To resolve this issue, I request you to talk to him. Since you are superior to him, he cannot neglect your orders.
