Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the wardrobe that I recently purchase from your online store (ref number 32145). I placed the order on 20th November and received the delivery on 27th November. At first it looked perfectly fine on the outside and matched the description given on the website. However, once you open the main door, and get to the secret compartment, which is supposed to be a locker to store valuables, I found the door missing. This is supposed to be the most important feature of the wardrobe and I had planned to keep my important documents such as my passport, rent documents and other essentials in there. Next I am sharing my room with a roommate and we both work during the day so the house is left unguarded. It is risky to have a locker without a door. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could send a person at the earliest to fix the door. I am available tomorrow. Please give me a call at 6354128 before coming so that I can clear the space.
