Dear Sir, I am a resident of Valencia apartments situated at the Western Expressway and I am writing to enquire about the upcoming shopping center project. I came across the development plan while listening to the local radio station, as well as, I read about the same in the recent weekly periodical of Estate News. I am pleased that the local authorities have approved and welcomed the idea of a shopping complex in the vicinity. This would mean, the localities will no longer have to drive miles towards the downtown every weekend fetching groceries and mandatory supplies. As a curious inhabitant, I would like to know that by when we are expecting the commencement of the commercial complex. Additionally, will the shopping space be confined to brands of apparels or electronic gadgets or will the mall have hyper city or supermarket catering to daily needs. Last but not the least, during the construction phase will there be any road closures or route diversions. Looking forward for your response. Your’s faithfully Alex Jhonson
