Dear Sir or Madam, This is Aidin Farughi. I am writing to you to inform you about my opinions on one of your courses based on my experience. I have just finished the rotary systems course. Pupils were educated about differences between system and how to operate each one by Dr. Jafarzade. It took place at one of your institute’s branches in Mashhad and was held for one week, from june 2nd till 9th. What I loved most about the course is that it was a hand on type. Each trainee had a chance to try the systems in practice while being supervised by a professional. From my point of view, knowledge got by experience is far better than what is learned simply by slides and speeches. I believe there are some actions that could be taken to even better up the course. First, you can provide patients in order to make practice on an actual tooth in the oral cavity rather than a doll with some extracted animal teeth. Second, it would be best to add to the supervised practices’ sessions. As I told, I am fond of these sessions. I hope you find my letter helpful. Yours Truly. A. Farughi
