Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter in regards to my apartment which I want to rent out for students. I have one room available with single vacancy and would need your assistance to find suitable student tenant. My apartment is a 3 BHK fully furnished house, where all basic amenities are available. However, out of 3 rooms, two rooms will be in my possession and one room is available for rent. This single room is quite spacious and could accommodate one person easily. In addition, keeping students need in a mind I have kept one single bed, table and chair in a room and it has attached kitchen and washroom with separate entry from outside. The reason of renting one room is that I am a working professional and doesn’t get enough time to maintain this gigantic apartment. Apart from maintenance, it would help to generate some extra income to cover my expenses. I would prefer to have a girl student as tenant with certain traits such as open to adjust in a family environment, responsible, mature and would maintain hygiene. Although, her privacy and security our utmost concern, but at the same time, we would expect her to follow certain rules such as outsider will not be allowed in apartment after 8PM and playing loud music would not be allowed at night because it might disturbed the neighborhood. Despite these there would be no restrictions or interference from my end. I would send details of rent fees via email, if you need any further details regarding apartment please let me know soon.
