Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the noise which is being created from your new restaurant wherein the city closest to my house. I have been a resident on North Road over 10 years, and I have never had a reason to complain before. However, I measured recently a strong noise coming from your restaurant in the vicinity at night. It has been reported on several occasions by many people who live around and nearby. The problem is with the daily program of your restaurant at night which contains a musical celebration. It is actually a good performance, but its sound reaches all houses. When we go to sleep early, we could not due to the program`s loud sound. This will absolutely have a negative impact on our performance at work. City`s law defines that any noise from restaurants during night hours is not allowed in the residential areas as per the Noise Act. I would therefore request that you address this matter personally with your administration department who is responsible for the night shift and treat it in priority to stop the night show.
