Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about making local airport bigger. I acknowledge that this improvement is needed to achieve better connectivity and will bring more revenue for local community. However, growth of the airport will actually bring more problems for surrounding residents. I am living in community merely 5 blocks from the airport. There are other communities which are even closer than that. If this project goes as planned, some of the roads connecting communities will be either blocked or utilized to make space for airport parking. Not to mention, noise pollution from increasing number of flights, we are already suffering from constant take off/landing noise and some of the new runways are planned very close to community just outside the airport. Our local noise decibel meters have recorded 70s, 80s, and even 90s decibels of aircraft noise and can you imagine this going upwards as the air traffic increases? Although I understand need for growth, I, as a local resident would like oppose the idea of expansion of the airport for sake of all the families living nearby. Sincerely, Beth Adams
