Dear Sir, My name is Saibaba. I am a member of your library. I am writing this letter to inform you about the book which I was not able to return on due date. I took the book ‘Harry Potter’ from your library on 18-May-2018. Unfortunately, as I become sick I was not able to return the book on 01-Jun-2018. I was sick for past two weeks and doctor has suggested to take full bed rest, so I was forced to stay at home. I tried to renew the book through online, but it didn’t allow me to do the same. At this moment I could not be able to return the book immediately. Kindly requesting you to consider my situation and renew the book for another two weeks, so that I could return it on 1-July-2018.
