Dear A, I am writing this letter in connection with the upcoming financial budget planning seminar presentation of our office. This is to inform you that the meeting will be held at our head office on 15th instant. Detailed time schedule will be sent to you soon. Currently I am in need of help of yours about the last year’s forecasting and actual data of the northern region. The presentation will cover the overall target to be achieved and a budget planning to support that target. Two regions (Northern and Eastern) will be given a different set of goals as well as per unit productivity will also be calculated based on total performance. However, my presentation needs to support the Annual Budget Plan and the HR performance Data. For these reasons I need to collect the previous 5 years data of each region. I have already collected the data of previous 4 year from the office database but the current data is unavailable there.
